Hey Amy, I have manufactured the mixture about 1 week in advance and it's been fine. just make sure to toast the kunafa very low and gradual right up until golden and crispy – this could make sure the mixture stays crunchy. Hope this helps x We'd like smooth pistachio paste or pista
